Important Note for Singapore Company

1.	To incorporate a Singapore Company, you must have a minimum of 2 officers on board, comprising of at least 1 Local (Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident or EntrePass Holder) Director and 1 Local Resident Company Secretary. One person may occupy both roles, if the company has at least 2 directors appointed.
2.	Your company will require a Singapore Registered Office Address. This is the address to which all official mail will be sent to your company.
3.	Beneficiary Principal must sign our Service Agreement for Fiduciary Services. We will sign trust deed should we be appointed to act as your Nominee Shareholder. Please note that we only provide Nominee Director services in conjunction with our appointment as your Company Secretary and Accountant). For Nominee Director service, we require a refundable deposit of SGD$1,500 for shortterm appointments (up to 6 mos.) and SGD$3,000 for longterm appointments. This will be returned to you, net of outstanding bills when our service is no longer required. You will also be required to sign undated Deed of Waiver document and transfer of ownership paperwork for the company's strike off.
4.	We reserve the right to amend and/or change fees without any prior notice.
